Office shenanigans, conspiracy theories, and a robot President are all at the forefront in the new animated comedy series, Inside Job.
Can you even imagine that there is really a deep state running the world? In the new Netflix Adult animated series, Inside Job, we meet the dysfunctional team at Cognito, Inc responsible for committing the world’s conspiracies, from high-level coverups to workplace antics that threaten to expose their efforts to the public.
Created by Shion Takeuchi and executive producer Alex Hirsch (Gravity Falls), Inside Job Certainly has a talented behind-the-scenes team, but the talented voice cast is a bonus!
Lizzy Caplan stars as Reagan Ridley, a socially awkward tech genius who hustles for a promotion while she works to make the world a better place.
Veteran actor Christian Slater lends his voice to Rand Ridley, Reagan’s father, once ran Cognito, but he was recently fired for nearly exposing the Deep State. Now unemployed and living with his daughter, Reagan uses his free time to plot revenge and troll British evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins.
Following Rand’s departure, Brett Hand, an eager-to-please bureaucrat, steps in to co-lead the team with Reagan, which at first doesn’t sit too well with her. Brett is a pretty boy frat boy type, but underneath, he’s a caring man who wants to be accepted by his colleagues. The man behind Brett, is none other than Clark Duke.
The cast also includes, Andrew Daly (Veep), Bobby Lee (MadTV), John DiMaggio (Futurama), Tisha Campbell (Empire) and Brett Gelman (Stranger Things).
All ten episodes of Inside Job premiere Friday, October 22 on Netflix.
