Most people may know Isabelle Fuhrman as a scary orphan in the Orphan series. But this time, she shows her tough and vulnerable side in the new thriller Unit 234.
In Unit 234, Isabelle Fuhrman plays Laurie. She is a woman who is in dire distress at the storage unit facility she owns and operates. After the shocking discovery of an unconscious man in a locked unit, she must fight to survive the night against a ruthless gang, dead set on retrieving their precious cargo – at any cost.
The leader of this whole operation is played by Don Johnson. It’s actually quite fun to see him play the heavy. Jack Huston is Clayton, the mystery man found in the storage unit who is bound to a gurney. The twists and turns in this film will surprise you until the very end. The film takes unexpected turns as Don Johnson’s Jules and his men seek out Clayton at the storage facility, but what do they want with him? What transpires is a thrill ride of a cat-and-mouse game for Laurie and Clayton to survive the night.
Bonnie Laufer spoke with Isabelle Fuhrman about shooting Unit 234, creepy storage units and Don Johnson playing against type.
