Hayley Law Gets ‘Spontaneous’

Get ready for the most outrageous coming-of-age love story about growing up…and blowing up!

Spontaneous (based on the Y/A novel of the same name, will literally blow your mind! When students in their high school begin inexplicably exploding (literally…), seniors Mara (Katherine Langford) and Dylan (Charlie Plummer) struggle to survive in a world where each moment may be their last. As an unexpected romance blossoms between them, Mara and Dylan discover that when tomorrow is no longer promised, they can finally start living for today!

Rob Huebel and Piper Perabo star as Mara’s confused and worried parents in this satirical comedy and Vancouver-native and Los Angeles-transplant Hayley Law, who plays Katherine Langford’s character’s best friend, Tess is also featured.

Law who is also known for her singing abilities and goes by Hayleau (pronounced halo) has made quite a name for herself over the past few years.  Law booked her first starring role in the hit series Riverdale where she had a chance to sing in front of millions each week as Valerie Brown, Archie Andrews’s ex-girlfriend and one-third of Josie and the Pussycats.  She’s also had roles in Netflix’s Altered Carbon and 2018’s The New Romantic.

Hayley says she had a blast working on Spontaneous and adds it gave her a real appreciation for the joys of fake blood!
