Who doesn’t love a good romantic-drama ice-skating triangle ?
It seems the world does, given the overwhelming response to the hit Netflix series, Finding Her Edge.
Based on the wildly popular novel of the same name, Finding Her Edge is a high-stakes teen drama set inside the fiercely competitive world of elite figure skating, where Olympic dreams feel within reach and one mistake can change everything.
At its center is Adriana Russo, a dedicated skater caught in a charged love triangle between her new partner Brayden Elliot, the “bad boy of figure skating,” and her former partner and first love. Just to make things juiciers, along comes Freddie (Olly Atkins),Adriana’s first love/ex-partner, who reappears on the circuit.
The series premiered January 22, debuted in the Netflix English TV Top 10 and has remained there since launch, and recently climbed to #3 this week. It has reached the Top 10 in 81 countries and now has over 12 million views globally. Even bigger news: Netflix has officially renewed the series for Season 2!
Madelyn Keys stars as Adriana Russo, while Cale Ambrozic plays Brayden Elliot. Together, they lead the series’ central romance and rivalry that has quickly captured audiences and fueled viral fan conversation.
