Set in 6th century England, an ill-tempered, fire breathing creature; ominously known as Vermithrax Pejorative, terrorizes its citizens until a young sorcerer’s apprentice named Galen (Peter MacNicol) is reluctantly tasked with confronting the beast, and for Galen it’s going to take more then magic to truly defeat this dragon.
It’s a long overdue upgrade on a classic piece of genre cinema and Dragonslayer now looks as good as it did back when it played on the big screen.
