WIN A THREE PACK OF THRILLING FOREIGN FILM ACTION ON DVD FROM MONGREL MEDIA!!!

Just because something has subtitles, doesn’t mean that it isn’t full of action.

Thanks to our friends at Mongrel Media I have a three pack of movies on DVD from outside of North America that know how to keep the tension and the spectacle just as high as some of their North American counterparts.

In The Salvation Mads Mikkelsen is an immigrant settler on the war path of revenge after taking the lives of the men who killed his wife and son invokes the wrath of a vicious gang leader and entire corrupt town that he has to stay one step ahead of, not only to survive but to cleanse the black heart of evil that has permeated the entire region.

The Wave is a high octane thriller where a geologist is trying to prevent a tsunami from hitting a popular tourist destination, and when disaster strikes he has only ten minutes to react in a race against time to save as many people as he can, including his own family who are right in the destructive path of the wave.

With Victoria a beautiful young woman becomes a getaway driver for a quartet of bank robbers in a film that takes place in a single extended take.

These are some of the best and most entertaining that recent offerings in foreign cinema have had to offer, and your chance to win is really easy.

E-Mail us at contests@intheseats.ca with your full name, mailing address, “Foreign Film Action” in the subject header and the answer to the following question.  Victoria isn’t the first film to have all its action happen with cuts (or at least obvious ones).  Alfred Hitchcock did it all the way back in 1948…name that movie.

The contest is open to all residents of Canada and will be open until Friday January 6th at 11:59AM, one entry per household.  Winners will be informed via e-mail after the contest has closed.
